Danbury Mint-Santa's Workshop-Disney-1998 Santa's Workshop is the first-ever lighted sculpture featuring Disney's delightful characters! It is a vision of Christmas Eve at the North Pole as only the artists at Walt Disney could imagine. Santa is portrayed by the lovable Mickey Mouse--he is making his list and checking it twice! Huey, Dewey, and Louie are working cheerfully getting the sleigh ready for tonight's journey. Minnie, as the kindly Mrs. Claus, is cheering them on from the window. Santa's Workshop is hand crafted of cold-cast porcelain and hand painted. It is lit from within with a warm, glowing light, UL listed and approved lighting assembly completely installed. When you plug it in, the enchanting scene comes to life, radiating glad tidings to all. This is number one in a set of ten sculptures. I have the certificate of ownership and other paperwork that came with this in 1998. Like-new condition-in the original box inside the original shipping box also-used only a couple of times. Originally I had the entire set but since have sold the other nine sculptures as I lack the room to set them all up for display as they should be set up! I kept this one but have decided to sell it also as I am running out of storage space! Great collectible and wonderful Christmas display! Thank you for looking!
